The special signaling system is the distinguishing feature of your new emergency vehicle.

In most cases, the main components of the blue light technology in our vehicles are controlled digitally. For you as a user, this means comfort and clarity.

We also have the right concept for civil emergency vehicles!

Example configuration for a civil emergency vehicle (car) for the chief emergency doctor:

vehicle central control

As a central component for the development of special and emergency vehicles, we recommend operating units and control units from Inomatic.

The additional components in the vehicle can be connected and networked with the electronics of the base vehicle via a central control unit. Various control options and logic functions can be implemented in this way. Subsequent programming changes are possible on request.

To operate the individual functions in the emergency vehicle and to visualize vehicle states, the central control is connected to one or more operating and display elements. The main control panel is usually located in the driver's area. Additional secondary controls can be installed in the crew room, in the operations control area or in the hold.

Control panels can be installed in adjustable surface-mounted housings. In difficult installation situations for control parts in the interior, we also manufacture individual surface-mounted housings using the 3D printing process.

In addition to classic button control panels, we also offer touch control panels - both device classes can also be combined with each other.

Light tower and perimeter lighting

Brightness and adequate lighting in the working environment are important points when working at dusk and at night.

Equip your vehicle with a light mast - we will advise you. Important topics to do with a light pole are: Pneumatic extension, electrical adjustability of the lamp head, operating voltage of the lamps (12/24 volts or 230 volts), height of the lamp holder.

Surrounding lighting with LED lights makes sense even for small vehicles! The surrounding lighting can be partially integrated into the blue light warning bar. We often install separate vehicle lights and work lights on the sides and other suitable places of emergency vehicles.

Vehicle floor and side paneling

In order to guarantee the service vehicle's longevity, the factory floor in the loading and crew compartment can be modified. Either plastic or aluminum floors are suitable. The installation of an aluminum duett sheet metal floor with or without additional side paneling is often requested.

Additional load securing options can also be implemented: lashing rails (e.g. airline, inlet profile or body) or lashing points can be installed.

Vehicle interiors are an important part of emergency vehicles.

As part of a vehicle conversion, we manufacture operations control areas, meeting tables, cargo space installations and center consoles.

It is also possible to line the loading floor and side walls with an aluminum duo sheet - precisely planned and laser-cut.
